Famous Youtuber Tyler McVicker deleted all the patches and updates of Cyberpunk 2077. Not only this he also disconnected his console from the internet so that it doesn’t get updated. After pushing back the release date several times, Cyberpunk was finally launched in December 2020. Gamers had a lot of expectations from this game. But, it did not work out. Since the game’s release, players starting facing problems while playing due to bugs and patches. Thus, Cyberpunk 2077 was removed from the PlayStation store. Updates on Cyberpunk 2077
The CEO of Cyberpunk 2077 mentioned that they have already achieved a satisfactory level. He further said, “We have also been working on the overall efficiency which we are also quite happy about. Of course, we also removed bugs and glitches and will continue to do that”. Thus it is considered that Cyberpunk 2077 is currently stable.
McVicker mentioned his experience after deleting the patches and updates of the game. He explained that the game is loaded onto the physical disc copy of Cyberpunk 2077 and is known as the ‘Gold’ copy of the game. After deleting the patches and updates and disconnecting his console, McVicker was still able to play the beta version of the game. However, Cyberpunk 2077 is a game full of bugs and was unfinished.
Besides this, the game’s developers have cut the quality of life aspects from the game. Many valuable contents are cut which would have made players happy. The game was unready with an unpolished inventory system and the 3D avatars for phone calls that did not load sometimes. We could say that the game needed more time. But, we can see the cut contents and changes in the next-gen upgrade.
