Battlefield players will be excited to know that EA has upgraded the server capacity of Battlefield 2042. This is because of the massive increase of players over the last week. The server of Battlefield 2042 is facing issues to keep up with the demand of the players. Thus EA has come with this solution. However, players don’t have to get worried about it as EA has already increased the server capacity in West US. Moreover, it has promised to monitor every server’s performance. Let’s have a look at it!
EA on upgrading the server capacity!
Publisher of the game, EA mentions,”We were absolutely blown away by your excitement and reactions to the recent Battlefield 2042 reveal. Since then, many of you have jumped back into Battlefield 4 to already get a taste of the return to all-out-welfare. We’ve been monitoring your experience and noticed queue times in the US West region were far longer than in other regions. Good news, we’ve increased server capacity for this region— you can expect less waiting, and more playing”.
Lastly EA writes in the post that it will continue monitoring queue times and will make further adjustments as necessary.
However, it was earlier revealed that there will be 128 player battles this time in Battlefield. As a result, DICE will have to find plenty of players to occupy all its lobbies. Once the lobbies will be filled, then the teams will be sorted out according to their skills. This means that the game will make an attempt to auto balance teams. This will be a completely new experience for the Battlefield players.
