Evolve is a first-person shooter video game. It is developed by Turtle Rock Studios and published by 2K Games. It is a multiplayer game about a team of hunters battling against monsters on an industrialised alien planet called Shear. The game was released worldwide in February 2015. However the game is really amazing but sometimes you may not like playing it online. Now in such situations, players would love to play a solo game without accessing to internet. To know more about it, follow the article carefully.
Evolve can be played offline!
Yes, definitely Evolve can be played offline. The developers revealed that the ability to play it solo was also a art of their plan. But they did want want to announce it immediately after its release. Chris Aston of Turtle Rock Studios said, “Playing Evolve competitively, against other players online, can be a lot of pressure. We wanted to make sure anyone could play the whole game, including Evacuation alone, with or against the AI and it’s still fun”.
Moreover the solo mode also adds some options which can help you to jump through the AI controlled Hunter. You can even control yourself by selecting certain options thag will be provided. Playing alone however will help you to understand the game better and the purpose of making it.
What about the solo gameplay?
Coming onto the gameplay of Evolve, it is similar to that of the multiplayer mode. The bots will control the other hunters of the team same as in multiplayer mode. Apart from this, players may find Evolve somewhere similar to ‘Left 4 Dead’ as well. But one thing is different. Evolve provides the solo players to be able to swap hunters on a fly. Thus they are able to control all the aspects of the battle against the monsters.
One can find playing the offline mode alone little tough. But the goo thing is that, if you don’t want to be online just to play the game or face internet issues then you have an option now. You can enjoy playing Evolve offline on Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One platforms.
