There is no confirmation on the name of the hero that we are going to see in this patch. There is always a balancing of heroes when a new Hero arrives, this patch has the same deal. As the tweet says there will be a balanced focused gameplay update in this patch.
About the new hero, most of us in the community think that the new hero will be Selemene the goddess of the moon. The release of Dota 2 Dragon’s Blood can be a hint of the new hero. Also, Dota 2 Dragons Blood is released today the 25 of March. So go and check that out it will be streaming now on Netflix.

In Dota 2 Dragon’s Blood Selemene is introduced to us as it is not in the game. So this might be the hint that it’s Selemene that we are going to see as the new hero. In the Dota 2 lore, Selemene is introduced as the goddess of the moon who is worshiped by Luna and Mirana. If that’s the case and Selemene is the new hero, then we are going to see a new hero that is related to Luna and Mirana. We are also going to see her in action in the series before the patch release.
