Trees in Sardew Valley are a common resource that we can get anywhere. We can find trees anywhere other than on our farm and use them as a resource. We can chop trees outside of our farm and bring their seeds to our farm to plant. The Colour and the texture of trees change every season to let us know that the season has changed.
Types of Trees
There are three types of trees in Stardew valley. The common trees, the tree that produces fruit seasonally, and the special trees. The first one that we are going to talk about is the tree that produces fruit.
As the name specifies these tree produces fruit as their resource. It does take a lot of time to grow but the results are profitable. These trees don’t act like normal trees. For example, if a bolt of lightning strikes on a common tree it will just leave its stump and some of the wood and sap. But if it strikes on a fruit tree it will produce coal every three to four days.

These trees consist of Maple, Oak, Pine, and Mahogany trees. Most of the time we can see these thee anywhere and also on your farm. These trees produce resources for multiple purposes. Some of these purposes are woods for furniture and building your farm, it also drops seed to replant, we can use tapper in these trees to produce tar, resin, syrup, and many more.
Let’s talk about the seed that grows these trees. Maple seed grows Maple tree, Acorn seed produces Oaktree, Pine corn produced pine tree, and Mahogany seed produces a Mahogany tree.
This tree is threes that occur rarely on the farm or there are found in different regions. so these are the trees Mushroom tree and Palm tree.
This tree can only be found in random occurrence during fall. It is a rare occurrence when a not-tapped tree can convert into a mushroom three during fall.
This tree can only be found in the desert biome or in Ginger island. This tree produces Coconut and also we can’t tapper in this tree for some extra resource.
